This Elegant Sake Martini – Recipe
To try something unique, try this elegant, martini-style cocktail. This beverage is airy, scented and drinkable, and complements small pieces of parmesan.
Sake Martini
Yields one serving
30ml gin – choose a premium dry gin
15ml Lillet Blanc – an aromatic French aperitif wine
15ml sake – a light, medium-bodied one, ideally
Combine the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake in a cocktail shaker, toss in plenty of ice cubes and stir thoroughly for 30 seconds to cool. Strain into a well-chilled martini glass and serve.
